Delivery and Product Returns

DELIVERY TIME

Order delivery time is 1–4 business days. If an order is placed before 11:00 AM on a business day, it will be processed on the same day. Depending on order volume, product availability, and ongoing promotions, the fulfillment of certain orders may take slightly longer than usual; however, we will try to deliver it to you as soon as possible.

DELIVERY COSTS

We offer free delivery throughout the territory of Latvia for shipments starting from 30 EUR via Venipak. You can view all available delivery options and their costs below:

  • PARCEL LOCKER: Free delivery for shipments over 30 EUR; a delivery fee of 2.00 EUR applies to shipments under 30 EUR (1–4 business days).

  • COURIER: Free delivery for shipments over 50 EUR; a delivery fee of 5.00 EUR applies to shipments under 50 EUR (1–4 business days).

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Additional taxes or duties may be applied to the shipment, which are to be covered by the recipient. NORDEN is not responsible for prior notification or compensation of such costs.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order by sending them by post to the address indicated below. The goods must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must be included with the shipment. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

NORDEN will refund the received funds to the payer's account within 3 business days from the day the returned goods are received; however, in some cases, the refund may take up to 14 days.

If you wish to return a product that qualified you to receive a gift (for example, you received a gift for reaching a certain purchase amount or purchasing a specific product), you must also return the received gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
